(Health Care Version) T'was the day before Christmas

By Barry Kramer Jr.
I made this twist of the night before Christmas I hope you like it!
T'was the day before Christmas
T'was the day before Christmas, when all through the land
The senators were making a stand.
The phrases were hung in the bill with care,
With fear the wrath of Obama they'd bear
I rushed the television to hear what was said,
While visions Horror invaded my head.
And mamma in her ‘kerchief, and I in my awe,
Had just woke our brains after a long winter’s fall.
When on the screen there arose such applause,
And with some words to doom us all.
The clash was over a fight no more
The bill was passed no fight in store.
The debt ceiling raised so what new
China said Cover your debt? Were through.
When, what to my wondering ears should I hear,
But a majority leader, speaking so dear.
Oh my horror I can hear it now
Obama, praising this move so foul.
More rapid than eagles his praises they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name!
"Now Reid! Now, Schumer! Now, Sanders and Brown!
On, Boxer! On Kerry!, on, Degette and Salughter!
Make this bill glisten! Make it all Gleam!
Now dash away! Dash away! Make your hands clean!"
As the snow melts before your eyes
People praising Obama praising his lies
I will be sad ...knowing the truth
You were a string played by the fiddler on the roof
And then, in a twinkling, I know the truth
Prices would soar soar through the roof.
People are jailed for failing to pay,
As well as anyone who stays in the way.
Obama will yell and put down his foot,
While his hands were all tarnished with ashes and soot.
From a wreckage that burn as we watch and stand,
A wreckage that's known as the health care plan.
His eyes-how they twinkled! His smile how merry!
His lies were like roses, we eat it like cherries!
His Health package was drawn up with a bow,
And the suit he bore was as white as the snow.
The the failures he'll hide so we wont see,
The horror and destruction for you and me
Between the monitors and jailing were all scared,
We wonder how our families will fair!
So Obama stands there with smile on face
And with his plan already in place
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
And a health care plan we are sure to dread.
He spoke lots of words, straight to his work,
And filled all the hopes, turns out he's a jerk.
He hinder the poor and cause them all pain,
Leaving someone else the weight of the blame
He spring to his plane, to Hawaii it goes,
And away it flew to the mountain snows.
But I heard him exclaim, ‘ere he flew out of sight,
"Happy Health care to all, and to all a good-night!"
Oh and merry Christmas too

UPDATE 6pm

Update 6pm 7/7: Wayne Martin is in the ICU (Intensive care Unit) Has been since they had to put the tube in his side because they made his lung collapse because of the small rip they caused.
They do not know what is causing his kidneys not to work. They thought that it was probably a weak heart...but the echo-cardiogram showed that he has a strong heart. So we are no better off then we were when he went into the hospital. The way I look at it we may even be worse because he didn't have a collapse lung to go with it before they messed that up.
Please keep him in your prayers. Spread it to your prayer lists etc.

Update 11:15am

Update 11:15am 7/7: He has a lot of tests today. This morning they took fluid out of his lungs. They were really happy with what they got out (Whatever that is supposed to mean). Grandma says that his color looks good...that is really good. His color looks a lot better then it did yesterday.

The first one is of me before we left this morning

Here are the ones I took at White Oak Church of the Brethren after church was over

These are my friends Cheryl and Jenny

This is Cheryl's little girl

This is Shawn (Cheryl's husband) and their little boy.
He is the one who was preaching this morning. He is a really really great preacher. It was a wonderful message.

Now the Pictures from the Reed's house.
We had so much fun talking and chatting with them. We also enjoyed eating Lois' wonderful food. She cooked some really good food. Frank even ran around outside with the children and they had so much fun. It was such a blessing to be able to spend the afternoon with them.
